Welcome to Bradley's Bakery

Our Story

With deep roots in Celebration and over 30 years of experience in hospitality and culinary service, I created Bradley’s Bakery to bring people together through food — especially on life’s most meaningful days.

While you may know me for my custom cakes and cupcakes, some might also remember my hands-on cooking classes, specialty catered events and weddings, personal chef services, or handing out over 1,000 cupcakes during Hurricane Irma— and, of course, the holiday treats that have become a seasonal favorite. Whether I’m preparing a quiet anniversary dinner or baking for a hundred guests, my focus is always the same: to deliver something beautiful, delicious, and made with love.

Baking Smiles in Celebration

Cooking and baking have always been part of my family story. I grew up in a colonial farmhouse where the kitchen was always alive with fresh ingredients, natural recipes, and the joy of sharing food. My mom—a gifted baker—worked alongside my Aunt Françoise, a Cordon Bleu–trained chef, to teach a French-Italian cooking school right from our home. My dad, also trained in the Cordon Bleu tradition, filled our table with artistry and flavor. By age seven, I was their little sous chef, learning to make crêpes suzette while the cooking classes would gather around to watch. 


Those early experiences showed me that food is more than a recipe—it’s a memory, a gathering, and a way of bringing people together. That spirit has guided everything I’ve done, from teaching cooking classes here in Celebration to creating holiday desserts and custom cakes for my friends and neighbors. Since launching Bradley’s Bakery, I’ve been “baking smiles daily” for my Celebration community—through cookies, cupcakes, cooking, and traditions made from scratch.


My recipes are rooted in family heritage and simple joy, but what matters most is sharing them with the residents of the town I love. If you see me at the falling of the leaves or snow on Market Street or at an event on the Great Lawn this holiday season, please say hello
